General terms and conditions

  1. Expatriate counseling San Francisco (E.C.S.F.) is set up to help every individual with his/her process in the least amount of time.
  2. (E.C.S.F.) has no intake interview, unless specifically requested by the client -sessions begin immediately.
  3. (E.C.S.F.) respects the individual process and progress. In practice this means that session length is flexible and may be anything from 30 minutes and on occasion have even taken as long as 4 hours in the past.

  4. (E.C.S.F.) holds no strict time frame since it is impossible to know beforehand what comes up during the process. Sometimes it is better to keep going than to stop and re-start the next time.

  5. (E.C.S.F.) recommends that clients allow themselves extra time to allow the information to integrate afterwards

  6. (E.C.S.F.) does not push to make the next appointment, letting the process develop itself/present itself as it unfolds - at YOUR pace.

  

  • Evening and weekend sessions
  • Home and Office calls!
  • Sessions cancelled by phone or email prior to the appointment will not be charged. NO Show will be charged.
  • Full payment in cash after session.
  • Bank transfer requires 25 % of total bill amount cash down payment after first session only.
